Maples Teesdale picks up £140m East Anglia project

West End property boutique Maples Teesdale has landed a lucrative instruction to advise a clutch of major developers on a key £140m real estate project in East Anglia.

The firm scored the role advising Gateway Partnership, a joint venture between Cambridge-shire property developer Frenbury and Lincoln-based outfit Simons Developments, on the back of a recommendation from a separate longstanding real estate client.
