The selection regime for senior judges has “greatly improved”, according to the final report from the independent appointments watchdog, the Commission for Judicial Appointments (CJA).
Unveiling its fifth and final report this week, the CJA cited “huge progress” since its launch in 2001 as the first independent body to monitor the selection of judges.
