German private equity boutique makes Willkie hire

Highly-rated German private equity firm P+P Poellath + Partners has made a rare lateral hire, recruiting Willkie Farr & Gallagher local partner Julian Lemor as a partner to its Frankfurt office.

Lemor, who specialises in M&A and private equity and also has experience in the restructuring and joint ventures, joins the 70-lawyer firm’s Frankfurt office, but will also spend time in Berlin and Munich.
