Weil Gotshal ties up securitisation triple whammy

Weil Gotshal & Manges’ City arm has completed a hat-trick of mortgage securitisations for Lehman Brothers with a combined value of £1.24bn.

The deals saw a team headed by Weil Gotshal practice head Jacky Kelly advise regular client Lehman as arranger on the securitisation of three residential mortgage portfolios.
