Osborne Clarke (OC) has advised Fiat Auto Financial Services on its £280m securitisation of receivables for hire purchase, personal contracts and auto loans. Banking partner Patrick Cook led the team for OC alongside corporate partner Dan Wright, while Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer represented joint lead managers Bayerische HypoVereinsbank and LBBW.
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advised MFI Furniture Group on a new £150m 39-month asset-backed financing package, fully underwritten by Burdale Financial Limited and Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance Limited, to replace its existing revolving syndicated credit facility. London corporate partners Mark Rawlinson ( right) and Claire Wills led the team for Freshfields.
