The top two IT-related problems faced by senior IT professionals are operational incidents and staffing issues, according to the results of a global survey by the IT Governance Institute (ITGI). The survey consisted of 695 interviews with CEOs and CIOs in 22 countries, and tracks the IT governance trends compared to its 2003 report.
The study found that IT is included on board agendas more often than it was two years ago, increasing from 58% to 63%, although there is still plenty of room for improvement.
