Mishcon de Reya and Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) have acted on the £214.2m AIM flotation of Canada’s Excapsa Software. BLP’s head of corporate finance, David Collins – assisted by Alex Latner and Gareth Jones and head of gaming Hilary Stewart-Jones – led the team acting for Excapsa. Mischons acted for shareholders with corporate partners Susan Breen and Ross Bryson advising.
