Docuserve, the managed office services specialist, has re-branded itself as Intelligent Office UK and acquired the 24-hour transcription service Lawscript. The acquisition means the company will be able to provide off-site transcription as well as onpremises word processing.
Intelligent Office currently provides records management, copying and archiving services, as well as other front-of-house and administrative services, on clients’ own premises. A procurement service will also be added, for managing the purchase of telecommunications and utilities on behalf of clients.
