ASB faces tribunal after 2005 job cuts

ASB Law has been plunged into an employment tribunal, it has emerged, related to the southeast firm’s controversial restructuring last year.

The claim, which is being pursued by a former fee earner at the 41-partner firm, centres on the redundancy of a Maidstone-based personal injury lawyer as part of the staffing review last year.
