US firm White & Case’s London office has hired Norton Rose’s rated head of financial services, Carmen Reynolds, in a drive to develop a dedicated regulatory advisory team in its London base.
Reynolds, who has been a partner at Norton Rose since 2001, will join White & Case in mid-February, working alongside regulatory senior associate Etay Katz. Reynolds and Katz will be based in the capital markets team, but are expected to provide regulatory advice across the firm’s banking and structured finance teams.
