Italian lobbyists to call for LLPs as liberalisation push continues

lega: re-elected as asla general secretary ASLA, the influential Italian law firm lobbying group, is to press for the introduction of limited liability partnerships.

Members of the group, which is made up of representatives of commercial law firms, resolved to push for legislation governing law firms to be modernised at ASLA’s annual meeting last month.
