Washington DC-based giant Hogan & Hartson has become the third major US practice to unveil its 2005 financial results, with both fee income and average profits per equity partner (PEP) increasing by around 10%.

The 1,000-lawyer firm saw global revenue close in on the $700m (£396.5m) mark with the figure increasing from 2004′s $631m (£357.5m) by 10% to hit $690m (£390.9m). Likewise, the US practice saw PEP rise by 9%, from $825,000 (£467,400) last year to hit $900,000 (£509,900) .
