Salans has added a 15-lawyer team from legacy Paris firm Rambaud Martel, including five partners, as the Anglo-French firm becomes the latest to profit from the effective closure of the local M&A leader.

The group, which started at Salans on 1 January, is headed by partners Michel Jockey, Guillaume Forbin, Pierre Lubet, Pierre-Gilles Wogue and David Masson, and also includes one of counsel and nine associates.
