A&O to create 'managing associate' rank in major career structure shake-up

Allen & Overy (A&O) is set to overhaul its career structure by introducing two new ranks – that of managing associate and counsel.

The magic circle firm announced a package of proposals designed to reduce associate turnover to its staff today (21 December) after a lengthy consultation process
