Nabarros targets AIM with Lewis Silkin hire

Nabarro Nathanson has boosted its corporate department with the hire of Lewis Silkin partner Clare Grayston, who joins the firm in the New Year.

Grayston, who has been at Lewis Silkin for 22 years, is an M&A lawyer specialising in public equity listings on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM), which is a core area of Nabarros’ corporate practice.
