City duo prepare for Kingston's £437m takeover

Ashurst and Latham & Watkins are in line to secure key roles on UK telecoms group Kingston Communications’ potential £437m takeover by US private equity firm Carlyle.

Madrid managing partner and Kingston contact partner Steven Fox is understood to be leading the team for Ashurst assisted by corporate partner Robert Ogilvy Watson and corporate senior associate Jonathan Earl.
