SJ Berwin notches up Candover debut with €3.5bn buy-out fund

SJ Berwin has won a first fundraising instruction from Candover advising the buy-out giant on the final closing of its latest fund worth €3.5bn (£2.4bn).

SJ Berwin won the instruction following a competitive pitch last summer to form the fund, which will invest in medium to large buy-outs across Europe.
