LG hires Sidley finance lawyer in securitisation push

Lawrence Graham (LG) has hired Sidley Austin Brown & Wood senior associate Charles Malpass as a partner in its finance practice, as the firm moves to take a slice of the growing securitisation market.

Malpass, who specialises in real estate law, securitisation and structured finance, is to join the top 50 UK firm in January as its seventh finance partner.
