Richards Butler is moving to put business development at the top of its agenda after recruiting one of the most experienced legal marketing specialists to sit on its board.

The firm has recruited Lovells’ head of business development, Meirion Jones, one of the most experienced marketing professionals working in the legal sector and the former business development chief for Allen & Overy’s corporate department.
