Former Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton lawyer Simon Pritchard has been promoted by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) to director of mergers. Pritchard, a qualified Australian lawyer who is also admitted to the New York Bar, succeeded Simon Priddis, who has become senior director for competition casework.
Pritchard left Cleary’s Washington DC arm in 2003 to join the OFT.
