Linklaters and Slaughters lead on $9bn BP sale

Linklaters and Slaughter and May have taken the lead roles on BP’s $9bn (£5.1bn) sale of its petrochemicals business Innovene to UK chemicals company Ineos.

Linklaters corporate partners Lee Taylor and Owen Clay led the team advising BP, assisted by managing associate Stephen Griffin.
