Morgan Lewis Forms JV With Simmons Ally

Simmons & Simmons’ Japanese joint venture (JV) partner, TMI Associates, has taken the unusual step of forming a second international JV, with US firm Morgan Lewis & Bockius.

It is virtually unheard of for a Japanese firm to have two JVs but Simmons managing partner Mark Dawkins said the new six-strong partnership, Morgan Lewis-TMI, will have no impact on the existing agreement.
