Firms feast on Domnick Hunter bidding war

Eversheds and Jones Day’s City arms have landed roles opposite Slaughter and May in the ongoing bidding war for UK filter company Domnick Hunter.

The bid saw Slaughters client, the US manufacturer Eaton, for the second time trump an offer from Parker Hannifin with a £247.5m bid.
