Simmons Japanese ally forms second JV with Morgan Lewis

Simmons & Simmons’ Japanese joint venture (JV) partner – TMI Associates – has taken the unusual step of forming a second international JV, this time with US giant Morgan Lewis & Bockius.

TMI, which was established in 1990 and formed official links with Simmons in September 2001, has established an additional JV with the 1,200-lawyer Philadelphia-based firm Morgan Lewis.
