Another Davis Polk partner goes in-house

Davis Polk & Wardwell New York corporate partner Lucy Fato has left the firm to join insurance company Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC), becoming the fourth partner to leave for an in-house role in just over a year.

Fato joins the insurance company as deputy general counsel of corporate for MMC Legal and will also serve as corporate secretary for the group, reporting to MMC general counsel Peter Beshar.
