Ashurst has recruited partners from Clifford Chance (CC) in Madrid and Norton Rose in Frankfurt as the top 10 London firm moves to boost its European transactions practice.

In Spain, CC partner Maria Jose Menendez is to join the corporate team in Ashurst’s 31-lawyer Madrid office.
