Commercial court faces review delay

The Government is re-evaluating its ambitious proposals to build a flagship commercial court, dealing the high-profile project a serious blow.

The news, which will disappoint senior judges and commercial litigators, comes as the Department for Constitutional Affairs (DCA) this week conceded that progress on the £25m scheme has ground to a halt.
