Eversheds’ Birmingham arm has scored a lucrative role ahead of its national rivals, displacing Hammonds as one of two core advisers to FTSE-listed support services and infrastructure company Interserve.

Yielding as much as £400,000 in annual fees, the instruction is a coup for the firm’s Midlands arm and sees Eversheds replacing Hammonds as a general adviser with a focus on property and litigation issues.
