Clifford Chance (CC) has advised the Canary Wharf Group on the £135m sale of 15 Westferry Circus to Irish investors Brian and Mary Patricia O’Donnell. Real estate partner Jonathan Solomon led the CC team while Shoosmiths property partner Alan Corcoran advised the buyers. Herbert Smith finance partner Gary Hommel and property partner Don Rowlands acted for financiers Lehman Brothers.
