DLA Piper secures 80-lawyer CIS takeover

DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary has sealed a deal to take over EY Law Europe’s 80-lawyer CIS network, securing a major boost to its local practice.

DLA Piper’s partners voted in the integration of EY Law’s CIS offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kyiv and Tbilisi on 21 June, following the firm’s board approving the move on 10 June.
