Travers seals first deal for Nomura

Travers Smith has closed its first deal for Nomura, on an investment in care-service provider Lifeways Community Care.

Corporate associate Edmund Reed, who has recently been elected to Travers’ partnership, and corporate partner David Innes led the team advising Nomura. Blake Lapthorn Linnell Port-smouth-based corporate partner Nigel Craig advised the shareholders and directors of Lifeways.
