Lovells wins Japan/UK fashion tie-up

Lovells has won Japanese fashion chain Onward Kashiyama Co as a client, advising on its £140m acquisition of Joseph, the UK-based luxury designer fashion chain.

The deal was referred to Lovells by Onward’s Japanese counsel Hibiya Park Law Office (HPLO), which has a relationship with Lovells partner Lloyd Parker.
