Skadden nabs Simmons' Asia corporate chief

Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom has hired Simmons & Simmons’ head of corporate in Asia to launch a Hong Kong and English law practice in the region.

Nicholas Norris, who has been with the City firm since 1986 and was made partner in 1995, joins the New York powerhouse in July as its sixth Hong Kong-based partner.
