Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) is reviewing its career structure as part of a bid to introduce an alternative career track to the traditional partnership model.

The ‘work/life’ review, which is being overseen by personnel manager Valerie Moncur and personnel director Geoff Griffin, will outline the firm’s expectations of its fee earners from qualification to part-nership with a view to drawing up an alternative career track to cover flexible working.
