Orrick stands firm in Coudert poaching row

Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has lined up Cravath Swaine & Moore and Linklaters to represent it on the shock hire last week of 11 partners from Coudert Brothers’ London and Moscow arms as tension between the two US firms this week erupted into the open.

Orrick confirmed that it has instructed Cravath litigation partners Ronald Rolfe and Timothy Cameron and Linklaters’ head of advocacy Mark Humphries to represent it
