An e-mail has arrived at Diary HQ from a certain Dr Mitchell Smith with a suggested caption for our recent photograph of Ashurst partner Cameron Smith doing a spell behind bars for charity.

Smith, who also identifies himself as “Smithy’s dad”, offers: “I told him he should have stayed in Australia and followed me into medicine. Now look how he has ended up!”
