CC to defend multi-million dollar Bangkok dismissal claim

Clifford Chance (CC) is facing a multi-million dollar claim by a former lawyer from its Bangkok office.

Udom Prepraemvatana, originally a lawyer at legacy firm Wirot International Law Offices, which merged with the City giant in 2001, has filed a $12.9m (£6.8m) lawsuit against the firm alleging unfair dismissal and defamation.
