Linklaters puts UK high-fliers to the test

Linklaters has added an aptitude test to its graduate recruitment programme to help it identify the best applicants from a ballooning mass of academic high-fliers.

The magic circle firm is believed to be only the second UK practice to introduce aptitude tests after Clifford Chance.
