DLA hires Hong Kong partner for IT push

DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary has bolstered its Hong Kong practice with the hire of former Perkins Coie IT/IP partner Gigi Cheah, who is to head up the firm’s Asia IT group.

Cheah, who was previously with the Seattle-based Perkin’s Hong Kong office, joins DLA Piper along with former Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer senior associate Justin Davidson, who joins as a partner to head up its local IP practice.
