Nabarro Nathanson, Lovells and Coudert Brothers’ City arm have taken the lead roles on Liberty International’s £653m acquisition of stakes in two of the country’s biggest shopping centres.

Nabarros and Coudert both advised Liberty, the UK’s largest shopping centre owner, and its subsidiary Capital Shopping Centres (CSC), which bought a one-third stake in the Mall at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol and nearly a half in Manchester’s Arndale Centre.
