Jenkens & Gilchrist’s 90-lawyer New York arm is to split from the embattled Texas giant to launch a Manhattan office for Atlanta’s Troutman Sanders.
The deal sees the entire office, acquired through the 2001 merger with New York firm Parker Chapin & Flattau, move over to 600-lawyer Troutman on 1 April.
