20-lawyer team quits pre-merger Shaw Pittman

A 20-lawyer insurance litigation team has quit Shaw Pittman for Hunton & Williams ahead of the Washington DC firm’s April merger with Pillsbury Winthrop.

The four-partner team is being led by the firm’s co-chair of litigation Walter Andrews and senior insurance partner Lon Berk. The group will join the McLean office of Hunton.
