Ex-DLA Paris ally in local merger

DLA’s former Paris ally Ginestie Paley-Vincent & Associes has merged with local rival Magellan in the second domestic merger to hit the French market this year.

The new firm will have 70 lawyers, including 16 partners and annual revenues of about E15.7m, making it one of the largest independent law firms in France. The combined firm will practice under the name Ginestie Magellan Paley-Vincent.
