Weil Gotshal to expand management committee to weaken US dominance

Weil Gotshal & Manges is expanding its global management committee by two extra members in a bid to bolster the voice of non-US lawyers.

The policy saw the New York firm expand its core management board to 14 members in recent elections, with plans in place to increase it to 15 later this year.
