Norton Rose in Cologne exit with Hasche deal

Norton Rose has resolved the fate of its Cologne office, with the 65-lawyer outpost completing its protracted move to German suitor CMS Hasche Sigle.

The deal – effective from 1 January – sees the entire 17-partner office move to Hasche, part of CMS Cameron McKenna’s international network, ending a saga that began in September when it first emerged that the office was in breakaway talks.
