Vinge bags top corporate duo

Swedish leader Vinge has secured a major boost to its corporate practice after hiring a heavyweight M&A duo from arch national rival Mannheimer Swartling.

Mannheimer partners Carl Gustaf de Geer and Goran Nystrom join Vinge’s 150-lawyer Stockholm office early next year, in one of the most significant lateral appointments yet seen in the Swedish legal market.
