Partners gives Lords privilege judgment unanimous backing

Senior partners have unanimously welcomed the House of Lords’ ruling on privilege in Three Rivers according to new research by Legal Week.

The 100% backing in the latest Legal Week/ EJ Legal Big Question survey underlines the level of concern in the legal profession over the case – and the wide support for the Lords’ clarification of the scope of legal advice privilege, which was published on 11 November.
