Lovells and Nabarros take lead on £700m property swap

Lovells and Nabarro Nathanson have taken lead roles on an unusual £700m property swap between developer Slough Estates and Land Securities.

The transaction was the first major instruction for Lovells’ real estate team from Slough Estates. The company, which traditionally instructs Nabarros on property issues, is a long-standing client of Lovells’ corporate group.
