Sullivan wins back Stewart prosecutor

The chief prosecutor in the high-profile trial of Martha Stewart is leaving the US Attorney’s Office to rejoin Sullivan & Cromwell as a partner, becoming the second senior-level appointment for the New York leader in the past week.

Karen Patton Seymour rejoins the 157-partner firm’s New York HQ after heading the criminal division in the US Attorney’s Office in New York.
