Freshfields bolsters Paris with US securities hire

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has hired a US securities specialist from Shearman & Sterling as a partner in its Paris arm.

Linda Hesse, currently European counsel with Shearman, focuses her practice on representing issuers and underwriters in cross-border equity, equity-linked and debt securities offerings.
